报告摘要:

胶带产品组成成分多元又复杂,当调整产品组成后的物性与化性变化很复杂,一直以来胶带产品的开发就是一项高度挑战,经常以研发者本身的实际经验与尝试错误( Try and Error)来克服此开发胶带产品的困难挑战。除了运用实际经验与尝试错误外,精密仪器分析能像显微镜、雷达站的数字化、智能化、客观的、效率化的进行胶带组成成分的定性鉴定与定量分析,精密仪器分析可以配合研发者实际经验来加速胶带产品开发的效能是非常必要的。

本次研讨论文报告会介绍运用几种精密仪器分析来加速胶带产品开发的实际案例,会介绍顶空进样器气相层析质谱仪(Headspace GC-MS)、热裂解气相层析质谱仪(Py-GC-MS)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、高效能液相层析仪(HPLC)、感应耦合电浆仪(ICP)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)、多角度光散射 (MALS)、流变仪(Rheometer)等等。期待藉由本报告内容能对研发人员加速胶带产品研发能力、质量与速度有所帮助。

Abstract:

The compositions of tape products are diverse and complex. When the tape compositions are adjusted, the changes in physical and chemical properties of tape are very complicated. The development of tape products has always been a high challenge, often based on the scientists’ own experience and trial and error. To overcome these challenges of developing tape products, precision instrument analysis can carry out qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of the components of tapes in a scientific digital, intelligent, and efficient instrument technology like microscopes and radar stations. Precision instrument analysis can cooperate with researchers’ own practical experience to accelerate the effectiveness of tape product development.

The presentation will introduce some real cases of using several precision instrument analysis to accelerate the development of tape products including headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometer (Headspace GC-MS), pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometer (Py-GC-MS), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), multi-angle light scattering (MALS), rheometer, etc. We hope our presentation will be helpful for accelerating the development capabilities, quality and speed of tape products.
