In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between production enterprises, promote technical progress of adhesive and tape industry in China, and push the sustainable, innovative and high-quality development of the entire industry, China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association (CATIA) is determined to organize the 27th China Adhesive and Tape Annual Conference on September 4-6, 2024 in Hefei, Anhui Province. The conference theme will be “Adhere to the Leadership of Technological Innovation, Cultivate and Develop New Quality Productive Forces”. Welcome all companies concerned to attend the conference.
I. Main Contents
1. Updated Report of Adhesive and Tape Industry Policies and Latest Market survey in China
The conference will release the latest market analysis report of China's adhesive and tape industry and elaborate on the industrial upgrading issues that people are concerned about and the high-quality development prospects of the industry. The conference will also invite well-known enterprises and experts around the world to introduce the development of global adhesive and tape industry technology, market and regulations.
2. This conference will set up Five Parallel Tracks of "Consumer Electronics Adhesive Technology and Research Track, Energy Storage/Power Battery Adhesive Technology and Research Track, Development and Application of High-Performance Adhesive Track, PSA & Product Track, and Industry Common Key Technology Research", mainly including the following:
⑴The new growth points brought by the "Dual Circulation" market demand for industry development;
⑵Analysis of the level of high-end products and the direction of industrial upgrading of adhesive and tape industry in China;
⑶Reports on strategic emerging market applications, such as automobiles, consumer electronics, new energy, green packaging, 5G communication and healthcare;
⑷Introduction of reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, solvent-free, radiation curing, and biobased and degradable adhesive and other low VOCs adhesive technologies;
⑸ The latest technologies and solutions for structural adhesive, thermal conductive adhesive, potting adhesive, and special adhesive tape used in energy storage/power batteries;
⑹ Discussion on the application trends of high-end and functional PSA, tape, label and protective film technology;
⑺ Analysis of difficulties, pain points, key common technological breakthroughs, innovations, and applications faced by the adhesive and tape industry;
⑻ Innovative production and application automation supporting equipment in the adhesive and tape industry.
3. During the same period of this annual conference, a new product and technology exhibition for adhesive and tape will be held (September 5-6, a total of 2 days).
4. The Pressure Sensitive Adhesives & Products Branch of China Adhesives and Tape Industry Association will be reelected (notice to be issued separately).
II. Date and Venue
1. Registration: 9:00-22:00 on September 4, 2024.
2. Venue: Shangri-La Hefei Hotel. Address: No.256 Suixi Road, Luyang District, Hefei, Anhui Province, 230041, China. Hotel telephone: +86-551-6550 9888. The hotel is approximately 40 kilometers away from Hefei Xinqiao International Airport, 5 kilometers away from Hefei Railway Station, 6 kilometers away from Hefeixi Railway Station, and 12 kilometers away from Hefeinan Railway Station. There will be no designated transfer services of railway station/airport for the meeting.
3. Conference: September 5-6, 2024 (two days).
III. Fees
1. Accommodations:
⑴Shangri-La Hefei Hotel, Deluxe King-size/Twin beds room 580 RMB/day (including breakfast); Horizon Deluxe King-size/Twin beds room 800 RMB/day (including breakfast); Premier King-size room 950 RMB/day (including breakfast).
⑵ Hampton by Hilton Hefei Luyang, Deluxe Queen-size/Twin beds room 418 RMB/day (including breakfast). The Hampton by Hilton Hefei Luyang is approximately 1 kilometer away from the Shangri-La Hefei Hotel, which is located in walking distance.
As the request of the two hotels, to ensure the accommodation needs of the participants, the accommodation fees shall be collected uniformly by the association. The deadline for reservation and payment is August 15, 2024. Participants who have not paid the accommodation fees after August 15, 2024 will no longer be applicable for the group accommodation price.
2. Conference registration: The registration fee includes: admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, all scheduled meals, and coffee breaks.
Members: RMB 3200 per person; Non-members: RMB 3600 per person
Student/Professor: RMB 2000 per person
(Three or more participants of each non-member company can be entitled to the member’s registration price.)
3. Publicity of enterprises and products:
Product promotion report: RMB 8000/30 min (inclusive of one attendee’s conference fee).
Enterprise materials display: RMB 4000.
Exhibition: RMB 6000 /booth, with an area of approximately 4 square meters, equipped with one table and two chairs, spotlights, fascia board name, carpets, etc., and a set of 2-meter wide exhibition board wall. The price includes 2 advertising posters (each 0.95 meters wide and 1.20 meters high) and meal vouchers for 2 persons.
IV. Sponsorship Opportunities
